Yippeeee! I made it to 56 miles today! I walked 4 miles everyday for two weeks straight! It feels so awesome to have actually accomplished a fitness goal. It makes me feel like I can do anything.
I wanted to keep it simple and not try to do too much. So, I'm going to make another goal of continuing this fitness regimen for another two weeks.
