This is what I'm walking to right now. My joints and ligements are still loose from pregnancy and I can't do too much too soon, however, I love this video because in 50 minutes I walk 4 miles and burn A LOT of calories. I also like that she incorporates cross training and strengthening. As I stated, I want to start running by June, so this helps to build up my endurance and bring me down to a weight that is safe for my knees to run on.
If you are getting started in your workout, try this video. She also has 1mile options and up to 5 mile walks.
